OUR PURPOSE IS TO PROTECT OUR HOME'S PROPERTY VALUES AND TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR COMMUNITY BY DEFENDING OUR EXISTING EU-1 ZONING LAWS AND CONNECTING THROUGH TECHNOLOGY TO KEEP EACH OTHER SAFE.
WE HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN OUR EFFORTS WITH CC HOMES GROUP TO NEGOTIATE A PLAN AND APPLICATION THAT WILL CONTINUE TO PROTECT OUR EU-1 COMMUNITY WITH REGARD TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE 20 ACRES ON SUNSET AND 73 CT.
We will now have 26 new neighbors and advocates to assist us in protecting our EU-1 community!
Please support this win for our community and advocate for a PAD zoning that will further strengthen this community's EU-1 zoning and assist us in stopping ALL the EU-M applications that continue to threaten our community for the benefit of developers to the detriment of our wildlife and the nature and character of Glenvar Heights.
